THREE men accused of kidnapping and assaulting a teenage boy have been acquitted.
On Friday, a jury at Oxford Crown Court found Ameen Mohammed and Saqab Dogar, both 19 and from Tawney Street, Oxford, and Shah Ahmed, 21, of West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe, not guilty of kidnap and actual bodily hard in Oxford in December 2007.
The jury is continuing deliberations on the same charges for Haroon Mohammed, 20, of Golden Road, Oxford, Imran Khan, 18, of Shelley Road, Oxford, Mohammed Umar, 18, of Desborough Avenue, High Wycombe, and a 17-year-old, who cannot be named.
