Magdalen College School’s under 11s broke a 25-year-old record when they scored 210-3 dec-lared against Abingdon Preparatory School.
Magdalen’s openers put on 68 for the first wicket and 134 for the second – also a record.
Bicester’s Freddie Burton (72) and Kennington’s Edmund Smith (76) shone, while Oxon Under 11 player Niall Devaney chipped in with 32.
Devaney and Smith also took three wickets apiece as Abingdon were bowled out for 71.
