Trio on trial over attack

Three members of the same family attacked a man in a pub car park, a court was told today.

Alexander Dennis, 23, his sister Sabrina, 27, both from Staines, Surrey, and stepfather Keith Salter, 45, of Mill Lane, Benson, deny assault causing actual bodily harm.

Kevin Barry, prosecuting, told Oxford Crown Court Alexander Dennis knocked Lee Matthews to the ground outside The Crown pub in Benson last June.

Sabrina Dennis attacked Matthews on the ground before Salter kicked him in the back, Mr Barry told the jury.

The trial continues.
