Marcus James, 31, of Celandine Place, Oxford, admitted affray in Oxford on October 30. Given a community order, and placed under supervision for two years. Ordered to pay £100 costs and £40 compensation.

Christopher Thompson, 46, of College Lane, Littlemore, Oxford, admitted using a car without third party insurance at Shotover car park, Headington, Oxford, on November 4. Ordered to pay costs of £60, and a victim’s surcharge of £15. Also admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle while alcohol level above limit at Shotover Car Park on November 4. Found to have 104 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120.

Hayley Lloyd, 31, of Druids Walk, Didcot, admitted stealing two bottles of vodka to the value of £26, from Tesco in Oxford on November 7. Also admitted stealing four bottles of cognac to the value of £119.96 from Booker Wholesale on September 22. Given a six-month community order treatment for drug dependency.

Luke Ward, 23, of Windmill Road, Oxford, admitted assault at Oxford on November 23. Also admitted criminal damage to a property on November 23. Also admitted possession of cannabis at Oxford on November 23. Given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months.

Daniel Durham, 22, of Lake Street, Oxford, admitted threatening behaviour at Oxford, on August 4.

Jamie Pullen, 24, of Harcourt Terrace, Headington, Oxford, admitted assault at Oxford on June 28. Placed under supervision for 12 months, and ordered to pay £100 costs.

Stephen Burgess, 43, of Broadhurst Gardens, Littlemore, Oxford, admitted stealing make-up and batteries to the value of £62.51 from Sainsbury’s at Oxford on November 24. Given a community order to have treatment for drug dependency and pay costs of £60.

Carl Suter, 29, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted stealing various items to the value of £114.69 from Threshers at Oxford on October 22. Conditionally discharged for six months.

Eddie Beaumont, 51, of no fixed address, found guilty of stealing Werthers Originals to the value of £2.50 from Tims Newsagents at Oxford on September 20. Fined £50, ordered to pay victim’s surcharge of £15. Also admitted failing to surrender to court on December 1. Fined £50.

John Darcy, 42, of no fixed address, admitted criminal damage to a glass pane valued under £5,000 at Oxford on November 15. Conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £150.

Sarah Grisbrooke, 41, of Bradstooks Way, Sutton Courtenay, found guilty of driving without third party insurance at Marcham Way, Abingdon, on March 22. Banned from driving for six months, fined £100, ordered to pay £30 costs and a victim’s surcharge of £15.

Maciej Bator, 27, of no fixed address, admitted drink-driving at Spring Hill, Southmoor, on November 22. Found to have 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Martin Berry, 36, of The Hyde, Abingdon, found guilty of stealing eight packets of meat to the value of £100.17 from Waitrose at Abingdon, on October 10. Given a community order, must have treatment for drug dependency, and placed under supervision for a year.

Alan Beresford, 59, of Church Road, Wheatley, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis as a vehicle driver at Abingdon, on November 16. Banned from driving for 16 months, fined £450, ordered to pay £60 costs and a victim’s surcharge of £15.

Darren O’Connor, 26, of Hamfield, Wantage, admitted using a vehicle without a test certificate at Charlton Road, Wantage, on June 2. Fined £40, ordered to pay a victim’s surcharge of £15.

Christopher Parsons, 18, of Henor Mill Close, Lambard Road, Abingdon, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on November 15. Order varied, ordered to work a further 10 hours and pay £50 costs.
