A horse had to be rescued by firefighters from a ditch in Stratton Audley on Saturday.
Just before 8pm, firefighters were called to Stratton Fields Livery Stables, near Bicester, after a horse became stuck in a ditch.
The horse was pulled to safety using the fire brigade’s animal rescue equipment and was examined by a vet.
The horse was said to be making a full recovery.
