MARTIN WEATHERILL, 44, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Oxford on July 16. Fined £100, must pay compensation of £100.
PETER LISTER, 71, of Southmoor Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a firearm, namely a Falcon 0.77 air rifle, without a certificate on March 29 in Oxford. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.
CHARLES CONNOR, 38, of Borrowmead Road, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of vodka from Marks and Spencer in Queen Street on July 30 and stealing a bottle of vodka from Marks and Spencer in Queen Street on July 30. Jailed for six weeks, must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
RAFAL GOLOMBEK, 42, of Luther Street, Oxford admitted stealing a case of Stella Artois worth £14 from Tesco in Cowley Road. Failed to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates Court on July 30. Also admitted stealing a mobile phone from a man in Oxford’s Central Library on January 20. Community order made and he must attend alcohol rehabilitation for six months. Fined £120, must pay compensation of £100.
HANI HAYDAR, 25, of Thames View, Abingdon admitted depositing two bed mattresses in West St Helen Street, Abingdon, on May, 25, 2017. Fined £578, must pay compensation of £201 and a victim surcharge of £57. Must pay court costs of £548.50.
CONSTANTIN MIRO, 32, of West Way, Botley, admitted depositing 70 wooden pallets in a storage compound off the B4017 at Cumnor on March 7. Fined £733, must pay a victim surcharge of £73 and court costs of £446.50.
MICHELLE RAE ARCHER, 48, of Beeching Way, Wallingford, admitted using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Milton, Didcot on February 1. Fined £880, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
MADELINE BAYLISS, 20, of Brewery Lane, Hook Norton, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance and driving while using a hand-held mobile phone in Kings Avenue, Bicester on April 10. Fined a total of £612, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Seven penalty points.
LIAM DENNISON GILLETT-MILLS, 18, of Viner Close, Witney was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance or a licence on the B4022 at Great Tew on May 12. Fined £92, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
SILVU DANIEL IONICA, 19, of Alexander Close, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Oxford Road, Abingdon on February 14. Fined £295, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
CRAIG ANTHONY JOSEPH COX, 33, of Claypit Lane, East Challow, admitted speeding at 64mph in a 50mph zone on the M4 Eastbound, Port Talbot on January 6. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30. Three penalty points.
AJANTHAN SATGUNAM, 26, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford admitted using a vehicle without insurance in Cowley Road, Oxford on January 12. Fined £253, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
JUSTIN JAMES POULTER, 37, of Elmhurst Way, Carterton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between December 22 and January 19. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
JOSEPH MCINTOSH, 29, of Roger Dudman Way, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a Ford Focus belonging to a man in Mortimer Road, Oxford on June 12. Sentenced to nine weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must attend rehabilitation for 15 days. Must pay £386 compensation, £115 victim surcharge and £300 court costs.
BOGUSLAW BAJORSKI, 39, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted causing a nuisance or disturbance to an NHS worker at the John Radcliffe Hospital and refused to leave the premises on May 14. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.
LIAM BRENDAN O'NEIL, 25, of Ellaway Road, Steventon, admitted driving while disqualified and driving without insurance in Oxford Road, Abingdon on May 5. Fined £230, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 10 months.
SAAD REHMAN, 18, of Howard Street, Oxford admitted possessing cannabis in Oxford on January 16. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.
OPROIU DANUT-FLORI-AN, 19, of Charney Road, Abingdon, admitted failing to stop at the scene of an accident and drinving without due care and attention in Kingston Road, Frilford on April 8. Fined £230, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Must pay compensation of £300. Disqualified from driving for six months.
ADRIAN DAVIES, 40, of Finmore Close, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Cowley Road, Oxford on July 19. Had 66mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
MARINA HARRIES, 50, of Henry Taunt Close, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on June 3 and assaulting a man by beating him in Oxford on June 3 and stealing two cans of Jack Daniels and Coke worth £3 from Sainsbury's in Oxford on June 3. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
SOFIENE MENHNAN, 40, of Luther Street, Oxford was convicted of stealing a smartphone worth £150 in New Inn Hall Street and a bag of nuts from Sainsburys, Oxford on June 19. Jailed for 16 weeks, must pay £115 compensation.
