BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

LEE JONES, 39, of no fixed abode admitted harassment by breach of a restraining order at Sutton Courtenay on August 7. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ANDREW DARLOW, 51, of Flatford Place, Kidlington, was convicted of racially aggravated assault on a woman at Kidlington on November 29. He was made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £250.

ALAN LOBB, 34, of Blue Mountains, Wallingford, admitted speeding by driving 41 mph in a 30 mph area at Chiselhampton on November 3. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

ALICE ASHCROFT, 26, of no fixed abode admitted stealing two bottles of alcohol valued at £39.50 from Marks and Spencers, Banbury, on July 12. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

DANIEL BURGESS, 28, of Parsons Street, Banbury, entering a train for the purpose of travel without a ticket on December 2. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £18, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £120.

HAMID ULLAH, 80, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted speeding by driving 36 mph in a 30 mph area at Banbury Road, Oxford, on December 27. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

DEVON THOMPSON, 42, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance at Barnes Road, Oxford, on March 28. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KIERAN ARMSTRONG, 23, of Somerton Road, Upper Heyford, admitted using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance, driving whilst disqualified and driving above the specified drug limit for cocaine on April 29 at Lower Heyford, Oxfordshire. He was made subject to a community order to include 180 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

NOEL DRUMMEY, 40, of Hart Place, Bicester, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 20 at Boston Road, Bicester. Had 50 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40 and was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

HAYDEN SHADBOLT, 26, of Gloucester Street, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 19 at Oxford Street, Woodstock. Had 66 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

PAUL ALBIN ALDRIDGE, 54, of Luther Street, Oxford admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Oxford City Centre and causing criminal damage to a shop sign belonging to George Street Social on July 29. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay £30 compensation.

TOBIAS BRUCE, 26, of Forresters Tower, Oxford was convicted of assaulting a woman in Carterton on May 11. Sentenced to 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 24 months. Must participate in rehabilitation programme for 31 days. Restraining order put in place. Must pay compensation of £250 and £750 court costs.

STUART GALLACHER, 53, of Pike Terrace, Oxford admitted being drunk and disorderly in George Street, Oxford on July 13. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

JORDAN HOWE, 26, of Dalton Barracks, Abingdon admitted assaulting a man by beating him and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Bath Street, Abingdon on July 14. Also caused £78 worth of damage to a police cell at Abingdon Police Station on July 14. Exclusion order made for six months and he is not to enter the Blue Boar in Bath Street. Fined £460, must pay £128 compensation, a £36 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

KELVIN KIBANYA MUTAHI, 27, of Preachers Lane, Oxford admitted failing to provide a blood specimen in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, thereby committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Fined £275, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 28 days.

JAMES LEIGH, 51, of Kingston Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Wentworth Road, Summertown on January 25. Fined £150, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

MATTHEW EAST, 38, of The Crescent, East Hagbourne admitted possessing cannabis in Didcot on December 14. Fined £70, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

SHERIF YAZJE, 20, of Campbell Road, Oxford admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Abingdon Police Station on May 19. Community order made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 24 days. Must pay £100 compensation, a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

BILAL EL MILKARI, 47, of Bampton Close, Oxford admitted using a vehicle without insurance or a licence on the Eastern By-Pass Road, Rose Hill on January 14. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
