BANBURY MAGISTRATES

PHILIP HASTINGS, 36, of Giles Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman at Sandy Lane, Oxford, on July 19. He was given a conditional discharge for three months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

MARK WEST, 48, of Haydock Road, Bicester, admitted assaulting a man on January 18 at Oxford and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence. He must pay compensation totalling £200.

ELEANOR JACKSON, 27, of Bath Road, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 10 at Butlers Road, Oxfordshire as well as failing to surrender to custody. Had 88 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

TIMOTHY BARTON, 39, of Green Road, Didcot, admitted speeding by driving 54 mph in a 30 mph area at Culham on April 21. He was fined £323 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and was disqualified from driving for 21 days.

JOHN FORSYTH, 58, of Crowell Hill, Chinnor, admitted speeding by driving 45 mph in a 30 mph area at Crowell, Oxfordshire on January 15. He was fined £692 and must pay a victim surcharge of £69 and court costs of £85.

ASHLEY ENGLISH, 28, of Round Close Road, Adderbury, admitted failing to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders register by failing to complete the notification requirements for his current address. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85.

WAYNE FENN, 39, of Long Close, Headington, admitted stealing a large quantity of alcohol from Sainsbury’s, Banbury, totalling £600 on April 24. He was ordered to pay compensation of £600.

KEVIN KNIGHT, 63, of Heather Road, Bicester, admitted breaching the terms of a sexual harm prevention order by repeatedly accessing the internet at Jewson’s Bicester without appropriate security measures on January 8 and failing to comply with a community order. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

SHANE PROTHERO, 41, of Allnatt Avenue, Wallingford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Bicester on July 18. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DAYLE STEEDMAN, 34, of Bernwood Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on August 6. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85.

JOE PITTAWAY, 23, of Foxburrow, Hailey, Witney, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend rehabilitation activity requirement on June 7 and 15 and failing to keep in touch as instructed on June 7 and June 25. He was ordered to continue and must pay a £100 fine.

GLENDA DANIELS, 45, of Ulfgar Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a suitable licence, driving without insurance and driving in a vehicle without an MOT certificate in Grenoble Road, Oxford, on April 7. Fined £1,100, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

JORDAN DOLTON, 22, of The Avenue, Kennington, was convicted of driving without insurance on Abingdon Road in Steventon on April 21. Fined £250, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

JONATHAN GAKUO, 44, of Knights Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a suitable licence or insurance on Bartholomew Road in Cowley, Oxford, on February 22. Fined £392., victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

RASUL GILANI, 60, of Churchfield Road, London, was convicted of driving at 96mph on the M40 at Fencott on April 17. Fined £138, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Five penalty points.

DR AMJAD KHAN, 36, of Leiden Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without insurance, driving while using a mobile phone or handheld device and driving without a valid MOT certificate on Pegasus Road, Oxford, on May 14. Fined £1,100, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85.

VLADIMIR SERGEYEVICH KISLITSIN, 31, of Pettiwell, Garsington, was convicted of driving without a suitable licence or insurance on the A34 Southern Bypass on May 18. Fined £880, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

ROBERT RUSU, 24, of Moor Avenue, Witney, was convicted of driving without a suitable licence or insurance on Moor Avenue on April 26. Fined £522, victim surcharge £39 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

JOSHUA TRUBY, 28, of Thorney Leys, Witney, was convicted of using a mobile phone or handheld device while driving on Bridge Street, Witney, on January 22. Fined £125, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

JASON CONREY, 39, of Fettiplace Road, Oxford, admitted to assaulting a police constable at Abingdon Police Station, in Colwell Drive, on May 12. Fined £100, compensation £50, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85.

MATEUSZ JAGIELOWICZ, 24, of Cranmer Road, Oxford,was convicted of driving without due care and attention, failing to stop after a crash and driving without insurance at Girdlestone Road, Headington, Oxford, on May 8. Fined £666, victim surcharge £40 and costs £85. Eight penalty points.

ANDREW DENNIS ROBERTS, 55, of Crown Walk, Bicester, was convicted of driving at a speed exceeding 30mph on Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney, on November 2. Fined £100 and victim surcharge £30. Three penalty points.
