BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

KATRINA HONOUR, 28, of Oxford Road, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage by damaging a window and whiteboard belonging to Oxford Health NHS Trust on May 30 at Banbury. She must pay compensation of £50.

STEPHEN WATKINS, 33, of O’Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order of a suspended sentence by failing to attend rehabilitation activity requirement on June 12. His suspended sentence was implemented and he was jailed for six weeks.

THOMAS BONNER, 19, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, admitted aggravated vehicle taking at Chipping Norton on February 24 as well as driving without a licence or third party insurance. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and must pay compensation of £300, a fine of £230, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JASON NASH, 43, of Kempton Close, Bicester, admitted being in charge of a dog – an American Pit Bull Terrier, dangerously out of control and causing injury on October 12 at Bicester. He was fined £400 and must pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

CHRISTOPHER HATFIELD, 38, of Brize Norton, Carterton, admitted harassment and breaching a restraining order on April 7 at Brize Norton and breaching a suspended sentence. He was made subject to a community order to include 29 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and was fined £230, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JOSEPH JONES, 32, of Shergold Road, Bampton, admitted aggravated vehicle taking, driving without a valid driving licence and third party insurance on January 1 at Radcot, Oxfordshire. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days, and was fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ANDREW ALLAN, 69, of Soden Road, Upper Heyford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Botley Road, Oxford, on December 22. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

MARC FOX, 60, of Barton Lane, Old Headington, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Rose Hill, Oxford, on December 6. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

SHAY GOLDING, 20, of Chipperfield Park Road, Bloxham, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 6 at Hightown Road, Banbury. Had 59 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £294 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MATTHEW GRAHAM, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing a bottle of gin valued at £45 from Oxford’s Ashmolean Museum on July 24. He was fined £20 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

DMITRIJS HADANS, 42, of Enstone, Oxfordshire, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 8 at Banbury. Had 82 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

COLLIS KING, 27, of Park Road, North Leigh, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 6 at Witney as well as driving without third party insurance. Had 61 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined a total of £715 and must pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Bradley ELSMORE, 23, of William Buckland Way, Stonesfield, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on June 18, June 25 and June 26, as well as attending but failing to comply with unpaid work on June 19. He was fined £10.

JAMES HALLS, 20, of Pear Tree Close, Chipping Norton, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on June 3 and June 10. He was fined £30.

MYLES WILKINSON, 20, of Clarks Court, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on June 7 and June 28. He was fined £10.

JORDAN BLAY, 21, of Hill View, Carterton, admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver on May 30 at Carterton. He was fined £289 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOSEPHINE PANGANDIAN, 37, of Reading Road, Upton, Didcot, admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between August 14 and September 11 at Banbury. She was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Michael VALLIER, 55, of Shepherd’s Hill, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man and a woman at Market Square, Witney, on July 27. He was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include an overnight curfew for 28 days, and must also pay compensation totalling £100 and a victim surcharge of £115.

ROBERT PARKINSON, 70, of Priory Lane, Bicester, admitted speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Weedon Road, Aylesbury, on October 12. He was fined £153 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MUHAMMAD QURESHI, 43, of Roman Way, Bicester, was convicted of seven counts of speeding by driving above the 30 mph speed limit at Botley Road, Oxford on on December 8, 9, 10 and 31 and January 18, on Woodstock Road on December 27 and at Rose Hill on January 1. He was fined £100 for each offence and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points for each offence. He must also pay court costs of £100 and pay a victim surcharge of £30, and was disqualified from driving for six months.

CRISTIAN CIOBIRCEANU, 26, of Restharrow Mead, Bicester, admitted driving a vehicle above the drug limit for cannabis with 4.3 g of the drug per litre of blood on February 23 at Oxford Road, Bicester as well as possession of a quantity of cannabis. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

BOBBY AHMED FORSTER, 36, of Trefoil Place, Oxford admitted entering a premises in contravention of a closure order in Warburg Crescent, Oxford on July 12. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

STEPHANIE BLAKE, 40, of Wroslyn Road, Freeland, was convicted of failing to co-operate with a roadside breath test without reasonable excuse in Eynsham on November 12 and failing to take a blood test at Abingdon Police Station on November 13. Community order made and she must attend rehabilitation activity for six days. Disqualified from driving for 28 months.

MARTIN KWASHIE TSOTOVOR, 41, of Ribston Close, Banbury was convicted of driving without due care and attention in Warwick Road, Banbury on December 21. Fined £175, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £620. Four penalty points.

FIAZ ANWAR, 25, of Asquith Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 61mph in a 30mph zone on Bath Road, Maidenhead on November 26. Fined £460, must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

PAUL DAVISON, 56, of Willow Brook, Abingdon was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing and offence in Banbury between November 9 and December 7. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Six penalty points.

STACEY MARIE ELIZABETH BILVERSTONE, 40, of Kendall Crescent, Oxford, admitted racially aggravated assault in Oxford on July 12. Fined £40, must pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £30.

BENJAMIN TOBY JOY, 34, of Angus Court, Thame, admitted stealing a bottle of champagne worth £27 from Park Street, Thame on March 3 and stealing a four pack of Fosters worth £6.49 from Marks and Spencer in Park Street, Thame on March 21 and stealing champagne worth £40 from Sainsbury's in High Street, Thame on March 22. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay compensation of £33.49 and a victim surcharge of £20.

TALINA ASHLEIGH PENRICE, 34, of no fixed address, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance at Junction 9 of the M40 on July 6. Fined £200, must pay a victim surcharge of £30. Disqualified from driving for 56 days.

DANIEL CHIRILA, 46, of Charney Road, Longworth, admitted drink-driving in Faringdon Road, Kingston Bagpuize on June 30. Had 50mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ZARA HUSSEY, 23, of Plantation Avenue, Marcham admitted assaulting an officer in the execution of her duty in Marcham Road, Marcham on June 30. Fined £80, must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JANET ELIZABETH ANNE LEGGE, 61, of Field House, Oxford admitted drink-driving on the Eastern Bypass Road, Oxford on May 14. Had 182mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, exceeding the limit of 80mlg. Fined £253, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

MIHAIL NICORA, 25, of Ashdene Road, Bicester admitted drink-driving on the A34, Botley on June 30. Had 41mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £266, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified for 12 months.
