GIANNINA LILIANA PICKERING, 62, of Aldridge Close, Benson, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a licence on the A4130, Wallingford on March 15. Fined £50, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

PEDRO MIGUEL OLIVEIRA SILVA, 37, of Saxon Place, Wantage, was convicted of speeding at 43mph in a 30mph zone in Bessels Way, Blewbury on February 25. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

DANIEL JASON SMITH, 30, of Hollow Road, Lower Tadmarton, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Ruscote Avenue, Banbury on February 26. Must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MARK STOCKER, 48, of Hawksmoor Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Thames Street, Oxford on April 7. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

DOMINIK KLOSKA, 36, of Priory Mill Lane, Witney, admitted speeding at 73mph in a 30mph zone on the A44, Oxford Road, Woodstock on September 21. Fined £369, must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85. Disqualified for 56 days.

ARRON STOKES, 25, of Bakers Piece, Chinnor, admitted driving without due care and attention and failing to stop at the scene of an accident in Sewells Lane, Sydenham on March 26. Fined £541, must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. Nine penalty points.

PAUL DOMINIC MCLAUGHLIN, 56, of Synderford Close, Didcot, was convicted of assaulting an officer in the execution of his duty in Cholsey on May 3. Fined £150, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £380 court costs.

ZARA HASTINGS, 39, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on June 17 and failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates Court on July 2. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

RICHARD SEAMARK, 26, of Abbott Close, Didcot, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Didcot on June 6. Community order made and he must attend a building better relationships programme for 31 days. Must pay a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ARTURS VINOGRADOVS, 30, of Marcham Road, Abingdon, was convicted of drink-driving in Longford Way, Didcot, on April 21. Had 83mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Community order made and he must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £775. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

KATRINA SEATON, 68, of Lower High Street, Burford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on June 23 at Burford. Had 79mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £525 and must pay a victim surcharge of £52 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Nixon MUTASA, 43, of Winchester Close, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman at Banbury on June 19. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and unpaid work for 150 hours and must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

JETHRO CLARK, 24, of Chinnor Road, Thame, admitted speeding by driving 54mph in a 30mph area at North Way, Oxford, on November 27. He was fined £468 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MICHAEL FOSTER, 32, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted driving without a licence or third party insurance on January 2 at Banbury. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £45 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

EMMANUEL WANGO, 35, of New Road, East Hagbourne, Didcot, admitted driving without third party insurance on January 22 at East Hagbourne. He was fined £207 and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

PETER GRINDLE, 40, of Piers Row, Deddington, admitted possessing a quantity of speed and cannabis as well as knuckle duster at Canal Street, Banbury, on July 3. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

IAN LINDSAY, 44, of O’Hanlon House, Oxford, admitted stealing two boxes of wine valued at £35.98 on July 13, 20 Lynx deodorants valued at £46 on July 16 and coffee and deodorants valued at £23.63 on July 17, all from Co-Operative, Summertown, Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He must also pay compensation totalling £81.98 and a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £40.

RAFAL PIROG, 42, of Dean Close, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 1 at Banbury. Had 85mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £415 and must pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

DANIEL WRIGHT, 35, of Chorefields, Kidlington, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on June 29 at Heron Court, Bicester. Had 58mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 16 months.
