A CAR worth up to £50,000 was taken from the drive of an Oxford home after thieves stole the keys from the hallway.
The burglary in Beech Road, Headington saw the ground floor window forced open and the house ransacked before offenders made off with a handbag and BMW X5.
The car keys were taken from the hallway and the car was parked on the drive at the front of the property.
Police have described the car as being black with a registration plate that includes the numbers FG12G.
The incident took place between 10pm on Monday and 7.20am on Tuesday.
