ALAAELDIN HASSAN, 42, of Wallin Road, Adderbury, Banbury, was convicted of driving without a suitable licence and driving without insurance on Prescott Avenue, Banbury, on March 15. Fined £300 and victim surcharge £30. Six penalty points.

ADRIAN PAUL HAYNES, 50, of Nunnery Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving without insurance or a suitable licence on South Parks Road, Oxford, on February 19. Fined £300 and victim surcharge £30. Six penalty points.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES'

SOPHIE INGRAM, 22, of Melrose Court, Banbury, admitted driving above the specified drug limit with a quantity of cannabis as well as possession of cannabis on April 2 at Aynho. She was fiend a total of £180 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £45 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MICHAEL MOORE, 61, of Portland Road, Milcombe, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on June 25 at Oxford Road, Banbury, as well as driving without a licence and third party insurance. Had 47 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined a total of £900 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

DALE RAYSON, 29, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on July 9. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

KYLE WILLOUGHBY, 31, of School View, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work requirements on June 4, 6, 11 and 13. He was ordered to continue and must attend a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days..

BENJAMIN FOSTER, 28, of Harebell Way, Bicester, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements after release from prison by failing to keep in touch as instructed. He was fined £250.

CHARLOTTE MARSHALL, 30, of Dunstan Avenue, Chipping Norton, admitted stealing jewellery valued at £1,500 from a woman at a house in Chipping Norton on October 31 as well as fraud by false representation by selling a bracelet valued at £90 at Coles, Chipping Norton, claiming it was her grandmother's. She was jailed for 20 weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation activity requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. She must also pay compensation of £1,240.

JOSE BARBOSA, 29, of York Close, Bicester, admitted being in charge of a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on April 10 at Bicester. Had 75mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MOHAMED BOULAABI, 37, of Southam Road, Banbury, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour at Southam Road, Banbury on July 13 as well as assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty and committing the offence while under a conditional discharge. He was fined £150 and must pay court costs of £85, compensation of £150 and a victim surcharge of £30.
