YOUNGSTERS have been getting stuck into myths and legends this week.
Oxford Music and Art hosted five days of themed crafty events for children as young as four to take part in.
Dave Bosher, who is running the arabian night themed event alongside his wife Marla and his artist father-in-law Gary, said: “It’s a family run thing, we noticed there was a shortage of clubs over the summer– if you’re not keen on sports. This is not so in your face as abseiling.”
The event runs at the West Oxford Community Primary School.
Mr Bosher said: “Children have gone home with their arms bulging full of stuff they’ve made.
“It’s been great, one boy said he wanted it to go on for 10 days, parents said they wished it went on for more of the summer and children have come back this time because they enjoyed it so much.”
