BANBURY MAGISTRATES

ADAM BIGGS, 31, of Heron Drive, Bicester, admitted assaulting a woman at Bicester on April 27. He was made subject to a restraining order and must pay a fine of £292, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

LIONEL RICHARDSON, 77, of Isis Avenue, Bicester, admitted speeding by driving 72 mph in a 40 mph area at the A41 Bicester. He was fined £426 and must pay a victim surcharge of £42 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MILENA CIESIELSKA, 34, of Redwing Close, Bicester, was convicted of stealing goods valued at £45 from Sainsbury’s, Bicester on December 28 and stealing goods valued at £30.40 from Sainsbury’s, Bicester on January 18. She was fined a total of £228 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30, compensation of £45 and court costs of £250.

TAMAS HAJNAL, 52, of Victoria Place, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver at Banbury on August 15. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £150 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ELLEN QUICK, 20, of Rock Hill, Chipping Norton, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on January 6 at Brize Norton. Had 66 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £219 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

KIANOUSH AMIRI-BIGVAND, 61, of Blenheim Road, Kidlington, was convicted of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle between December 6 and January 3 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

TIMOTHY CRUTCH, 56, of Stonesfield, Oxfordshire, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on June 14 at Stonesfield. Had 84 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

JACK KINGSTON, 20, of The Bourne, Hook Norton, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit as well as possession a quantity of cannabis and cocaine on December 20 at Hook Norton. Had 109 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined a total of £290 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

LEIGH LESTER, 45, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted entering closed premises in contravention of a closure order at Ribston Close, Banbury, on June 16. He was fined £66 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

DEEJAY PARKER, 22, of Cromwell Park, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work requirements on May 12 and 26. He was fined £30 and ordered to continue.

NEIL ROGER GRANT, 56, of Divinity Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 58mph in Woodstock Road, Yarnton, a 50mph zone, on November 8. Fined £50, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Three penalty points.

GRAHAM PETER HAWKINS, 46, of Ridgeway Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 50mph on the A41, Bicester, a 40mph zone, on November 15. Fined £220, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Three penalty points.

SIMON JAMES MARSHALL, 52, of Balliol Court, Rutherway, Oxford, was convicted of failing to provide evidence to Thames Valley Police relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence in Banbury between February 6 and March 6. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

ROBERT GEORGE NEVERS, 58, of Nye Bevan Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 40mph in Marston Road, Oxford, a 30mph zone, on November 10. Fined £115, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Three penalty points.

CRISTINEL DANIEL PERCU, of Portway, Banbury, was convicted of failing to provide evidence to Thames Valley Police relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence in Banbury between January 3 and January 31. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.
