HUNDREDS of East Oxford residents filled out Boundary Brook for the annual street fair.
The community turned out to enjoy the fun, games and food in the glorious Sunday sunshine.
It was also an occasion to celebrate women being granted the right to vote with mock ballot boxes and Emmeline Pankhurst fancy dress.
Labour county councillor Helen Evans also made an appearance [pictured, second from right] at the annual street bash and said: “It’s so nice seeing the community come together. The children had a blast and lots of new friends were made."
Local resident Sara Clements dressed up as Emmeline Pankurst and bought the community together by walking round the estate calling people to the party with a large bell.
