THE sun shone down as all of West Oxford came out for a day of family fun.
Organised by the West Oxford Community Centre in Botley Park on Saturday, the annual event has become one of the highlights of the year for Botley and the surrounding areas.
Artist Andrew Manson gave the boards outside the centre a colourful redesign with his motif of a spaceman.
Elsewhere children enjoyed circus performances, face painting and creating bubbles with a pedal-powered machine.
Other unusual activities included gurning, human curling and a demonstration of Krav Maga, a form of self defence developed by the Israeli military.
In a nod to the finale of the World Cup, those who came in special football-themed outfits got free entry.
