A MAN has denied a string of rape charges against a teenager in Oxfordshire.
Daniel Kilbee, of HMP Isle of Wight, appeared via videolink at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
The 36-year old pleaded not guilty to five counts alleging sexual abuse against one alleged victim.
Kilbee will now face a trial for the attacks which are alleged to have taken place on or before February 11, 2011.
Judge Ian Pringle QC ordered that the case be adjourned for trial which will take place at the same court on October 29.
The trial is expected to last between four and five days.
