CITY council figures held another meeting with counterparts from a Polish city which could soon be twinned with Oxford.
Dignitaries from Wroclaw, which is the largest city in western Poland, met figures including Lord Mayor Colin Cook and city councillor John Tanner at Oxford Town Hall on Friday.
It was the next stage of twinning the two cities and came just a few weeks after senior figures from Italian city Padua visited Oxford ahead of formal links being agreed between the two.
Oxford is already twinned with Bonn in Germany, Dutch city Leiden, Grenoble in France, Perm in Russia and Leon in Nicaragua. Mr Cook visited Perm last week.
