Lee Henderson, Theatre director at the New Theatre
OXFORD'S biggest theatre has appointed a new director.
Lee Henderson, formerly the Chief Executive of the Marina Theatre in Lowestoft, Suffolk, has started his role at the New Theatre in George Street.
He said: "I’m delighted to be leading this iconic theatre in the heart of historic Oxford and look forward to working with the wider community and local partners, the city council and the brilliant team at the theatre as we build our next chapter together.
“Oxford has a unique vibrancy and I look forward to getting to know the city.”
Mr Henderson was previously the general manager at the Theatre Royal Stratford East.
