A SOUTH Oxfordshire library is to celebrate 'Elmer Day' tomorrow.
Grove Library are holding the event for three to six year olds from 10.30am to 11.30am.
The day is based around the fictional character Elmer, a multi-coloured elephant who is a favourite with children. Hundreds of events are taking place across the nation.
Grove Library Manager Kathryn Leech said: "We’re having craft, stories, games, and an elephant parade as well."
