NO NHS staff from Oxfordshire have been shortlisted for a national award scheme that celebrates the service's 70th birthday.
The county's MPs nominated staff at Oxford University Hospitals for the parliamentary awards, set up to recognise the contribution made by people who work in or alongside the NHS.
Nominees were in the running to become regional champions in categories such as mental health care, cancer care and emergency care.
But despite dozens of nominations, none made the shortlist announced yesterday.
