LOU LOU'S vintage fair will make a return to Oxford this month with a host of fashion pieces up for grabs.

The array of vintage clothing, homewares and collectables from the 1920s onwards will take over Oxford Town Hall on May 26.

The all-day pop-up market never fails to pull a crowd of fashionistas from around the county and this year will also see the return of the on-site vintage tea room.

Visitors will be able to enjoy homemade cakes from the tea room by Pear of Peas and music from bygone eras.

Founder Lou Lou Glover said: "We aim to give our customers a unique and all-encompassing vintage experience that offers more than any other fair of its kind.

"Because each of our traders is carefully selected, we are confident in our exceptional collection of high quality and affordable one-off vintage pieces that you won’t find anywhere else on the market.

"We also go to great lengths to find talented musicians who can bring that extra dimension of live performance to the day."

Traders rocking up for the fair this year include the Vintage Victory Roller's hair and beauty salon whose team will give you the victory rolls, bouncing bouffant and Hollywood waves you hoped for.

Lou Lou’s Oxford Vintage Fair will run midday to 5pm and tickets on the day are £2.50 for adults and children under age 12 go free.

Ms Glover added: " Vintage is becoming an increasingly popular way to shop, it’s a sustainable and eco-friendly option that offers something for everyone."
