BILLY BISTON, 23, of no fixed abode, admitted entering premises in Chipping Norton in contravention of a closure order on March 20. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Graham CRUTCH, 28, of Stonesfield, admitted assaulting a police constable in the execution of their duty at Oxford Road Banbury on April 10, as well as breaching a previously imposed curfew. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

NAADAR HUSSAIN, 38, of Ferndale Road, Banbury, admitted using threatening or abusive behaviour or words towards another as well as driving without reasonable consideration for another on December 28 in Banbury. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include an unpaid work requirement for 200 hours over the next 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £300 and disqualified from driving for six months.

Sarah MILLER, 31, of Samuelson Court, Banbury, admitted stealing food valued at £39.39 from Iceland in Calthorpe Street, Banbury on April 4 as well as Carlsberg lager valued at £5.65 from McColls, South Barr Street, Banbury, on April 3. She was made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation requirement for nine months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. He must also pay compensation of £5.65.

David PAINTIN, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £43.50 from Sainsbury’s, and perfume valued at £50 from John Lewis, both in the Westgate Centre, Oxford, on January 4. He was made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days. He must also pay compensation totalling £93.50.

MACIEJ ZYZNIEWSKI, 39, of Caltup Road, Banbury, admitted stealing a blue pair of Wrangler sports shoes from TK Maxx, Banbury, valued at £29.99 as well as three T-shirts from Sports Direct, Banbury, valued at £37.50 on March 10. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

JOE ELMORE, 27, of West Bar, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man at Market Place, Banbury, on October 21. He was fined £462 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85.

ANWAR HASSAN, 22, of Bowling Green Lane, Birmingham, admitted assaulting a police officer in the execution of their duty as well as resisting an officer at Banbury on September 8. He was fined a total of £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of $85.

ROBERT WILLIAMS, 61, of Halliday Hill, Headington, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving at 36 mph in a 30 mph area at Oakley, Buckinghamshire, on August 10. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85, and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

STEPHEN OTTO, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted to failing to attend Oxford Magistrates’ Court on March 27 after being released on bail. Fined £100 and victim surcharge £30.

ADAM WAYNE BLOOR, 34, of Friars Wharf, Oxford, admitted to sitting within five metres of a retail premise and 10 metres of a cash machine in Oxford on March 21 despite being prohibited by a criminal behaviour order. Fined £50 and victim surcharge £30.

RICHARD ANDREW ECCLES, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted to damaging a police cell in Carterton and performing an indecent act at a CCTV camera while doing the Nazi salute in a cell at Abingdon Police Station on March 31. Fined £150 and victim surcharge £30.

JOHN ERIC FRAHM, 54, of Sunderland Avenue, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on March 30. Fined £120 and victim surcharge £30.

SAID ALI MAANE, 42, of Denny Gardens, Oxford, failed to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders register between January 18 and February 13. Fined £120, victim surcharge £30 and £85 costs.

QAZI TASAWAR AHMED, of Hillsborough Road, Cowley, Oxford, was convicted of driving an unlicensed Hackney carriage and driving without insurance in Oxford on June 18. Fined £520 and victim surcharge £40. Six penalty points.

KIRISTIANE BARLOW, of Edinburgh Drive, Didcot, was convicted of failing to declare her partner was living at the same address despite knowing it would affect her entitlement to a council tax reduction scheme between June 22, 2015, and January 23, 2017.

JOSHUA CAMPBELL, 18, of Watlington Road, Lewknor, admitted assaulting two police constables, a man and a woman, in the execution of their duty in Watlington, on March 2. Discharged conditionally for six months. Must pay £300 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DANIEL CRIPPS, of The Street, Crowmarsh, failed to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence, to South Oxfordshire District Council, between June 15 and October 20. Fined £110, £30 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

MIRANDA LITTLE, of Coopers Lane, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to provide information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence, to South Oxfordshire District Council, between July 15 and October 20. Fined £110, £30 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

JONATHAN JAMES MARGETTS, 29, of Aubrey Court, Woodhouse Way, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him, threatening violence and possessing an extendable baton at Broadways pub in Didcot on September 9. Must complete 120 hours of unpaid community work. Victim surcharge £85 and £85 costs.
