A FORMER athlete and award-winning nutritionist will host a talk on how your diet can help give you a winning edge in competitive sport.
Anita Bean is a health writer, international author and former athlete who specialises in sport and exercise nutrition
She has written more than 20 books, including The Complete Guide to Sports Nutrition, The Runner’s Cookbook and The Vegetarian Athlete’s Cookbook.
Anita is currently the nutritionist for the London Marathon, RideLondon and Good Housekeeping magazine, and a regular contributor to many national magazines.
She will host the lecture 'Eat to Win' at the Sir Kenneth Wheare Hall at the Clerici Building, Headington Campus of Oxford Brookes University, Gipsy Lane. She will discuss how the food you eat can help maximise your performance.
