AN alleged drug dealer has elected to face a trial by jury.
Ken Bagaza, of no fixed abode, is charged with one count of possession of cocaine with intent to supply and another of possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
Both charges are in connection with alleged drug dealing in Oxford on February 26 this year.
The 24-year old pleaded not guilty to both counts at Oxford Crown Court on Friday.
His trial, expected to last one day, will be held at the same court either on August 28 or during the two-week period from July 16.
