A STRUCTURE that stands proud against the South Oxfordshire landscape has been captured by Camera Club member Becca Collacott for this week's 'four' theme.

The stone tower windmill has dominated the countryside between the villages of Great Haseley and Great Milton since the middle of the 18th century.

After years of neglect it was renovated in 2013 to return the windmill to its former glory.

With four crisp white equally spaced sails, the image showcases the simple symmetry often found with the number four and adds to the tranquility of the picture.

Tomorrow's Oxford Mail will feature a double-page spread featuring more of our favourite picks from this week, with the winner announced in Saturday's edition.
