Former US President Jimmy Carter has been spotted in Oxford and stayed in the city's Randolph Hotel yesterday.
The 93-year-old flew from his home in Georgia to address the Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship.
President Carter spoke to around 1,500 people at the New Theatre on Tuesday.
But eagle-eyed sleuths spotted him leaving the Randolph Hotel yesterday with a police escort and accompanied by bodyguards.
