COUNTER-terrorism police have told residents in Oxfordshire not to worry about wasting police time when it comes to suspicious activity.
With the current UK threat level at ‘severe’, meaning an ‘attack is highly likely’, Thames Valley Police yesterday urged people to report anything untoward.
In a new appeal yesterday morning, Thames Valley Police and Counter Terrorism Policing South East, said ‘communities defeat terrorism’.
The force continued: “With the enduring terrorist threat, it is now more important than ever that everyone plays their part in tackling terrorism. Your actions could save lives.”
