PROBLEMS on the trains this morning are causing delays for commuters amid the icy conditions.
A 'points failure' on the line from Oxford to London Marylebone prevented any trains from running between Oxford and Oxford Parkway during the rush hour.
However, the line is now back up and running.

Readers told the Oxford Mail that the 7.25 left Oxford Parkway 24 mins late, with a goods train halted in the station leaving only one platform available.
And the 8.21 Oxford to London Marylebone didn't even call at Oxford Parkway, and instead began at Bicester Village.
Chiltern have also announced the 8.40 Oxford to London Marylebone due 9.56 had been cancelled.
GWR is also experiencing problems on its network, the line between Oxford and Hereford was blocked due to severe weather earlier this morning but has now reopened.
GWR has warned, however, delays may continue and for passengers to check their journey online before travelling.
Though some of the Oxford to London Paddington trains are running, others on routes with problems further up the line have been cancelled.
Beacuse of the problems, CrossCountry trains are taking passengers from Birmingham to Oxford.
And Chiltern railways are carrying affected passengers from Birmingham to London Marylebone.
⚠️Following severe weather between Worcester Shrub Hill and Hereford the line has now reopened. Residual delays may still occur. Please check your journey before travelling: https://t.co/hlEBXMXQyy. ⚠️
