AN OPEN event for patients, NHS staff and the public is being held to help people find out more about becoming a voluntary governor.
Oxford Health NHS Trust is hosting the event today in a bid to attract more public nominations for the 10 vacancies on the Council of Governors.
The role represents views of trust members to the board of directors and can serve a term up to three years.
The information event will be held from 6pm to 8pm tonight in the Keble Suite at Jury’s Inn, Godstow Road in Oxford.
