Summertown
A NEW neighbourhood plan for Summertown is set to be endorsed by Oxford City Council moving it a step closer to becoming a reality.
The council's scrutiny committee could endorse the draft Summertown and St Margaret's Neighbourhood Plan on Tuesday.
The document will provide planning guidelines for development in the next 15 years and includes giving priority to one, two and three bedroom homes.
If the committee endorse the plan it would go out to public consultation in May, with a referendum expected in January 2019.
