BANBURY MAGISTRATES

RIZWAN MIR, 44, of Lambton Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at Oxford on May 8 by driving at 50mph in a 30mph area. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £625. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LUKE CARLTON, 33, of Launton Road, Bicester, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Launton Road, Bicester, on January 19. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for three years.

MARK DUDLEY, 58, of Station Road, Bampton, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury police station on January 21. He was fined £770 and must pay a victim surcharge of £77 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

MICHAL MALOCHA, 21, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man and a woman in Warwick Road, Banbury, on February 4. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days, was fined £109 and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

JAMES MEYLER, 44, of Nags Head Lane, Upminster, admitted stealing jewellery at an address at Fergusson Road, Banbury, on January 17. He was fined £247 and must pay compensation of £206.37, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DANIEL TAIT, 43, of Gallosbrook Way, Bicester, was convicted of speeding in Middleton Stoney on July 4 by driving 61mph in a 30mph area. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 days.

ANNA ADAMIEC, 32, of Riley Drive, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on February 1 in Banbury with 123mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 30 months.

THOMAS FINDLAY, 30, of Horsefair, Chipping Norton, admitted possession of cannabis in Chipping Norton on August 23. He was fined £70 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40. The cannabis was also made forfeit and will be destroyed.

CAMERON FLEMING, 20, of Chatsworth Drive, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cannabis with 9.4 ug/l of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood on November 4 in Wykham Place, Banbury. He was fined £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

MARCUS FRANKLIN BLOUNT, 28, of Brake Hill, Oxford was convicted of speeding at 60mph in a 30mph zone in Botley Road, Oxford on July 1. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

IAIN MCFADYEN, 49, of White House Road, Oxford was convicted of failing to to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected to have committed an offence between August 22 and September 19. He was fined £660 and orderd to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RYAN MITCHELL, 39, of Headley Way, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Marston Road, Oxford on June 17. He was fined fined £220 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

DANIEL WALTERS, 27, of Augustan Road, Bicester, was convicted of speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Abingdon Road, Standlake on June 19. He was fined £440 and ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. His licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

LOUIS WOLLAGE JOYCE, 23, of Norreys Road, Cumnor, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 5 and October 10. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ABIGAIL BEDNARCZYK, 26, of Beech Lane, Didcot was convicted of being in charge of a dog that was dangerously out of control and injuring a woman in Dirac Place, Didcot on June 19. Dog must be muzzled when in a public place. £350 compensation.

LUKE THOMAS JOHN MCCROHON, 36, of Brake Hill, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to kitchen cupboard doors in a house in Oxford on January 1. Fined £210, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs.

ANDREW MCLAUGHLIN, 51, of Bainton Road, Bucknell, was convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her in Bicester on June 5. 80 hours unpaid work, restraining order made. £85 victim surcharge, £300 court costs.

JASON ROBERT BOURTON, 38, of Dashwood Road, Oxford admitted destroying a cordless telephone worth £80 in Abingdon Police Station on January 4. £80 compensation, £40 costs.

DAYNE KENNEDY SMITH, 26, of Reedmace Close, Oxford, admitted possessing a kitchen knife without good reason on the A40, Oxford on January 5. 70 hours unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £85 court costs.

JAMES PATRICK MANGAN, 45, of Green Close, Benson, admitted being drunk in a public place in Beeching Way, Wallingford on January 4. Fined £40, £30 victim surcharge.
