THE rain washed away the last of the snow earlier this week and Camera Club member Gordon Craig was there to capture this stunning snap of a rainbow that followed.
Fellow club member Christine Crook, described the shot as 'lovely' and hopefully it is a sign of sunnier things to come as we move properly into spring.
But don’t think we have left behind the county’s recent brush with the ‘Beast from the East’ and Storm Emma just yet.
This week’s Camera Club theme is snow – there was really no other option – and a flurry of beautiful images captured by members will appear in tomorrow’s paper as a two-page spread.
