AARON MOTT, 23, of Abingdon Road, Drayton admitted drink driving in Colwell Drive, Abingdon on December 22. Had 86mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £345, victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85. Disqualified for 20 months.

PAUL CASTLE, 51, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, admitted using threatening or abusive language or behaviour towards a man and assaulting a man on the A420 in Oxford on December 18 and failing to surrender at the magistrates court having been released on bail. Conditionally discharged for four months, victim surcharge of £20, costs of £60.

DANIELLA ILLYA KANDRA VLADIMIR, 41, of Jane Seaman Court, Oxford was convicted of breaching a restraining order prohibiting her from contacting emergency services not for a genuine emergency on October 17. Must have treatment for alcohol dependency. Given a new restraining order until January 1 2020. Victim surcharge of £85.

ABU SEBASTIAN GORDON, 20, of Harcourt Hill Halls, Oxford, was convicted of possessing a kitchen knife in Parkend Street without good reason on December 16. 100 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Victim surcharge of £85, costs of £85.

BENJAMIN TABOADA, 38, of Trenchard Avenue, Milton, admitted criminal damage to automatic doors worth £600 at Oxford Railway Station. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, £400 compensation.

WASIM JAHANGIR, 30, of Henley Street, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 49mph in a 20mph zone in St Giles, Oxford on June 4. Fined £700, victim surcharge of £70, costs of £85. Disqualified for 42 days.

LEANNE JESSICA COX, 26, of Riverside Court, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Oxford on November 16. Must attend rehabilitation and a restraining order made. Victim surcharge of £85, costs of £330.

MARK ANTHONY GILL, 38, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted stealing two packs of razors worth £70 from Boots in Oxford. Conditionally discharged for six months, £70 compensation.

ANTHONY BEGLEY, 31, of Clematis Place, Abingdon, admitted drug driving in Marcham Road, Abingdon on June 10. Had 2.8mcg of THC per litre of blood. Fined £80, victim surcharge of £30. Disqualified for 12 months.

MALCOLM CROOKSTON, 63, of Hunsdon Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Henley Avenue, Oxford on December 26. Had 57 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £240, victim surcharge of £30, costs of £85. Disqualified for 12 months.

DAMIEN LUKE EVERTON, 31, of Coverley Road, Oxford admitted damaging a cell and CCTV camera worth £78 belonging to Thames Valley Police at Abingdon Police Station on January 8. Conditionally discharged for six months, £20 victim surcharge.

ANNE LEWIS, 51, of Churchmere Road, Sutton Courtenay, admitted failing to notify a council about a change of circumstances which would affect her ability to claim a reduction in council tax between September, 2, 2013 and October, 24, 2016. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, costs of £95.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

CHRIS WAIN, 40, of Richens Drive, Carterton, admitted stealing eight bottles of champagne valued at £270 from Marks and Spencers, Witney, on October 2. He must pay compensation of £200 and court costs of £40.

SARAH GIBBS, 33, of Causeway, Bicester, admitted stealing four bottles of alcohol valued at £163 as well as going equipped for theft from Sainsbury’s, Bicester, on January 4. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £20.

DAWDA SEY, 35, of Prescott Avenue, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle above the speed limit on June 13 at Banbury Road by driving 36 mph in a 30 mph area. He was fined £107 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ADAM SWEETINGHAM, 32, of Worcester Road, Chipping Norton, admitted failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between July 18 and August 15 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

TOMASZ SZYMANCZYK, 26, of Copse Lane, Marston, admitted speeding on June 19 at Marston Road, Oxford, by driving 42 mph in a 30 mph area. He was fined £293 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

VALERIE INGMAN, 72, of West Street, Banbury, was convicted of failing to comply with a community notice between August 8 and October 16 at Banbury by not properly maintaining a front garden. She was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £382.75.

WAYNE MAYCOCK, 46, of Thornbury Rise, Banbury, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order on July 14 at Banbury by using Samsung Galaxy phone without risk management software installed as well as failing to comply with notification requirements on November 25. He was fined £60 and £40 for each breach respectively and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

SAM MORGAN, 29, of Lime Kiln, Wantage, admitted speeding on the M4, Frilsham on May 4 by driving 101 mph in a 70 mph area.Fined £500, a victim surcharge of £50, costs of £85, six points.
