BANBURY MAGISTRATES

LEANNE CURTIS, 27, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, admitted causing criminal damage by damaging a back door window valued at £635 belonging to Hair Lounge, Chipping Norton on June 13 and a hotel window at Kings Arms valued at £70 on October 15. She must pay compensation totalling £475 and court costs of £85.

MIRCEA SIMA, 59, of Shipton Road, Chipping Norton, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit with 62 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath at High Street, Chipping Norton, on September 25. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

SAMANTHA LUCKETT, 26, of Hazeldene Close, Eynsham, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit with 63 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath at Eynsham on September 30. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150. She was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

GARY TWYNHAM, 46, of St Giles Close, Wendlebury, admitted common assault on a man on December 30 at Wendlebury. He was made subject to a community order to include 50 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

JAMES TATTERSALL, 22, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, admitted causing criminal damage to a Volkswagen Polo totalling £395 at Kidlington on May 22. He was given a conditional discharge for nine months and must pay compensation of £395 and court costs of £40.

JACK TRINDER, 22, of Curbridge Road, Ducklington, admitted burglary together with others at Cote Nursery, Bampton, stealing three bicycles valued at £1,600 on March 8. He was made subject to a community order to include 50 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation of £388.

JOHN MILLER, 45, of Harlech Close, Banbury, admitted stealing six cans of lager valued at £15 and then two cans of lager valued at £4 from Nisa stores, Orchard Way, Banbury, on January 13 and January 14. He also admitted stealing Irresistible branded steak from the Co-Op, Rotary Way, Banbury, on January 15 valued at £100 as well as committing the offences while subject to a suspended sentence. He was jailed for a total of 16 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £60.

HAROON SARWAR, 39, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted common assault on a man at Oxford on January 15. He was jailed for 16 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

VASILE COJOCARU, 37, of North Street, Banbury, admitted failing to require with the requirements of a community order imposed on February 2 by not attending unpaid work on May 21 and December 31. He was fined £100 and must pay court costs of £60.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

ROBERTO GALMINAS, 46, of Barns Road, Oxford, admitted to possessing an offensive weapon, a baseball bat, in a public place without a reasonable excuse in Barns Road on New Year's Eve. Jailed for six weeks. Victim surcharge £115.

ANDREW WYATT, 37, of Oxen Piece, Great Milton, admitted to threatening two police officers in Oxen Piece on December 17. Six months alcohol treatment requirement, victim surcharge £85 and costs £85.

JONATHAN RAYMOND BROWN, 83, of The Parks, Harwell, was convicted of leaving his Jack Russell unattended in a car during hot weather in Edinburgh Drive, Didcot, on June 17. Fined £440, victim surcharge £44 and costs £250. RPCA instructed to remove pet from owner. Banned from owning dogs for 10 years.

DONOVON HENDERSON-SOWERBY, 27, of Bushey Ground, Minster Lovell, admitted to driving in Oxford in an unlicensed Audi in Oxford on July 14. Fined £130, vehicle excise back duty £86.67, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85.

DAVID LAZELLE, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted to using threatening behaviour in Oxford on October 25, and committing an offence while on a conditional discharge. Fined £100 and victim surcharge £30.

PAWEL CZAUDERNA, 24, of Gillett Road, Banbury, admitted to driving in Calthorpe Streeet, Banbury, without insurance on July 1. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

PHILLIP MARK JENNINGS, 18, of Grays Road, Headington, admitted to driving in Warren Crescent, Oxford, without insurance on August 3. Fined £120, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

MICHAEL WINDSOR, 35, of Bath Street, Abingdon, admitted to failing to provide Thames Valley Police with information identifying a driver suspected of an offence between August 1 and 29. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.
