A WEATHER warning for ice has been issued for Oxfordshire.
The Met Office is warning that temperatures will fall quickly this evening following the rain, allowing ice to form on untreated surfaces.
The yellow warning is in place until 10am on Thursday.
Temperatures will hover just above freezing overnight, but it will feel colder, at about -2C.
Some roads and railways are likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services.
Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces are possible.
