Disruption on M40 after vehicle overturns
PARAMEDICS raced to the scene of a crash on the M40 in Oxfordshire after fears a driver of a van was trapped under his vehicle.
Traffic built up along the northbound side of the M40 between junction 8 and junction 7 after two lanes were closed.
The van had become balanced on the central reservation of the M40 but it was quickly established the driver was not trapped.
He was treated at the scene for minor injuries and then taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital for further assessment.
