A MAN charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a crash near Witney has appeared at court.
Stephen Horwood, 37, of Green Hill, Oxford, was charged with the offence following the fatal crash on September 7.
The incident happened on the A415 in Ducklington between a van and two cars.
The driver of one of the cars, a man in his 70s, died after the crash and his passenger, a woman in her 60s, sustained serious injuries.
Horwood appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Friday for a preliminary hearing and spoke only to confirm his name.
He will next appear to enter a plea on February 23.
