FREE bags for food waste bins are being given away in West Oxfordshire in the run up to Christmas.
The bags will be on offer from council reception offices and at the Town Centre Shop, Woodgreen or Elmfield offices in Witney and the Guildhall in Chipping Norton.
One roll per household will be available.
