HEAVY rains are expected during tomorrow's morning rush-hour as the aftermath of Storm Caroline hits Oxford.
The storm, which will hit Scotland hardest, will bring frequent downpours to the city during the early hours of the morning.
This is expected to continue until 10am.
The recent mild weather is also set to come to an end with plummeting temperatures taking over in time for the weekend.
