BANBURY MAGISTRATES

ROBERT ZASADA, 26, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £33.97 from the Co-Operative, Oxford, on October 23. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £45.

OUSSAMA ELKASMI, 26, of Merton Street, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 2 by failing to attend unpaid work requirements on October 12 and 17. He was ordered to continue and must now complete 88 hours of unpaid work – an additional eight hours.

TODD SHAYLER, 28, of Raymond Road, Bicester, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 11 by failing to attend unpaid work on September 26 and October 3. He was fined £50.

JAMES CURTIS, 31, of Abinger Drive, Redhill, Surrey, admitted driving a motor vehicle above the legal alcohol limit at the M40, Bucknell, Oxfordshire, on August 16 with 82mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was fined £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

LUCIANO SOLVALAGEM, 37, of Fern Hill Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to surrender to custody on June 30 at Oxford. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

JAMIE PARKER, 41, of Marlborough Road, Banbury, admitted three counts of fraud by false representation by advertising for sale a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and two Fitbit Blaze’s he was not in possession of to make a gain on February 21 and between June 4 and 6. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £83.95, £69.95 and £65 as well as court costs of £50.

ROLAND XHETANI, 32, of Northcourt Avenue, Reading, admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver at Banbury between April 19 and May 17. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

FERHAT BOLAT, 28, of Enfield, Middlesex, admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver at Banbury between October 31 and November 28. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

SOPHIE CUNNINGHAM, 23, of Littlemore Hospital, Sanford Road, Littlemore, admitted four counts of assault by beating on April 23 and three counts of assault by beating on May 30 at Oxford. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

PAUL DIAMOND, 61, of Donaldson Court, Banbury, admitted fraudulently claiming employment support allowance by failing to disclose being in receipt of a pension payment between January 18 and 2015 and May 15 2016. He was fined £363 and must pay a victim surcharge of £36 and court costs of £85.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

JOSHUA CHAMPION, 21, of Field Avenue, Oxford, admitted to being in possession of 73 grams of cannabis, a class B drug, in Wallingford on April 4. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. An order was made for the drugs to be destroyed.

CHRISTOPHER HEDLAND, 18, of Margaret Road, Oxford, admitted to having a kitchen knife on him without good reason in Oxford city centre on September 22. He was ordered to complete 160 hours of unpaid work, pay a surcharge of £85.

SIMON TALBOT, 28, of Lidell Road, Oxford, admitted to damaging a woman’s window in Mortimer Drive, Oxford, using threatening language against the woman, racially harassing a police constable on September 17, and failing to provide a specimen of blood when suspected of a road offence on September 18. He was ordered to complete drug rehabilitation and pay compensation of £200.

DEBORAH FRAY, 49, of Hean Close, Abingdon, admitted to failing to notify Vale of White Horse District Council about changes to her circumstances that would have affected her housing benefit. She was fined £150 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and costs of £85.

ROGER RADBURN, 42, of Trinity Road, Oxford, admitted to stealing six bottles of fragrance to the value of nearly £300 from Boots in Oxford on October 23. He was jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay a surcharge of £115.

FERENCZ KASZONI, 32, of Greens Road, Eynsham, admitted to driving with no insurance in Colchester on October 24. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

SAMANTHA CRANSTON, 50, of Croft Road, Marston, was convicted of allowing her daughter to regularly miss school between February 20 and May 24. She was ordered to complete 40 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay a surcharge of £85 and court costs of £200.

ANTHONY BROWN, 50, of Chapel Lane, Hailey, admitted to driving a vehicle that was in a condition likely to cause danger of injury in Crawley on July 7. He was fined £800, ordered to pay a surcharge of £80, court costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

RYAN GARNON, 34, of West Street, Bicester, admitted to driving a vehicle without the required licence in Manorsfield Road, Bicester, on August 24. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

STEVEN JOHN, 55, of Garsington, admitted to driving at 52mph in a 30mph zone in Culham on August 12. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
