TRIUMPHANTLY clutching her card from the Queen, Mary Winters celebrated reaching triple figures.
Proudly wearing a colourful badge, she marked her 100th birthday at Shotover View Care Home in Cowley.
About 50 friends and relatives joined her earlier this month for a party at the home, complete with balloons, banners and a buffet.
Originally from Castlepollard in the Republic of Ireland, Mrs Winters moved to Oxfordshire in the 1940s after meeting her late husband.
The couple lived in Headington, Wheatley and Cowley, before Mrs Winters moved to the care home several years ago.
Her birthday was on November 7 and celebrations took place the following day.
