A ‘REPAIR cafe’ will be held at Wantage’s Mix community space this weekend.
Volunteer ‘fixers’ will be on hand from 9.30am to 12.30pm ready to help you repair household and electrical items.
The team will also be able to help with tool sharpening and basic bike repairs.
The Mix said the aim of the event is to ‘reduce rubbish and save money by helping your stuff last longer’.
People are invited to bring items which are small enough to carry to the Mix on Mill Street before midday.
Visitors are also reminded to back up data on any digital storage devices they bring such as computers or phones.
