AWARD-WINNING picture book artist Oliver Jeffers is to give a talk at Blackwell’s Bookshop.
He will be at the bookstore in Broad Street on Wednesday from 5pm to 6pm to sign copies of his new title, Here We Are: Notes for Living on Planet Earth.
Inspired by the birth of Mr Jeffers’ son, Here We Are takes readers on a journey through a series of locations introducing the planet.
The author said: “Our world can be a bewildering place, especially if you’ve only just got here. Your head will be filled with questions, so let’s explore what makes our planet and how we live on it.
The New York-based artist’s previous books include Lost and Found and Stuck.
