Rail users warned to expect delays
CHILTERN Railways have issued a warning to passengers this morning about speed restrictions on trains travelling between Oxford and Oxford Parkway.
The rail company said this would mean trains on all lines would have to run at reduced speed and that 'delays may be experienced'.
