THE BEST place to raise children in Britain is the Orkney Islands, according to a survey.
Low primary school class size, high school spending per pupil, low population density and traffic levels are all reasons the Scottish island has held on to the annual Children's Quality of Life Survey crown since 2015.
West Oxfordshire was number 31.
