Karen Bottley, 48, of Butler House, Ashhurst Way, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver or rider of a vehicle when required between April 24 2017 and May 22 2017 in Banbury. Artak Rukasyan, 44, Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty on August 13 2017 in High Street, Oxford. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Jamie Rusher, 19, of no fixed abode, admitted at Co-op, in High Street, Witney, having entered as a trespasser, stolen therein food teams and alcohol of a value unknown. Fined £150. Ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £85.

Kayleigh Marie Lathey, 25, of Feilden Close, Ducklington, Witney, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit on July 29 2017 in Witney. Lathey gave a reading of 54mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Fined £300. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES'

JAMES ALDERTON, 40, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, was convicted of failing to comply with five previously imposed community orders on April 26 by failing to attend a programme requirement as well as possessing heroin and cocaine. He was jailed for a total of 14 days for breaching the community orders and fined £120 for each drug offence and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

JOSEPH BRATT, 33, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted contravening a closure order at Duke Street, Northumberland Court, Banbury on August 25. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

GARY HALL, 37, of Apley Way, Witney, admitted assaulting a constable in execution of their duty and using threatening or abusive language or behaviour to cause distress, harassment or alarm on May 22 at Witney. He was fined £120 for assaulting the officer and £80 for the language, and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

NOLAN HAWORTH, 30, of Ribston Close, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on August 25 at Banbury with 54 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

ELLIS RODNEY, 28, of Bourne Close, Bicester, admitted possession of cannabis at Bicester on June 12. He was fined £166 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

RICHARD BUTLER, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted begging in a restricted area at Malthouse Walk, Banbury on February 21. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £30.

TREVOR GRANT, 38, of Appleby Close, Bicester, admitted failing to comply with a previously imposed community order on April 28 by failing to keep in touch with a supervising officer. He was given a fresh suspended sentence of 16 weeks suspended for 18 months.

PAUL CLARKE, 35, of Barwood Court, Rotary Way, Banbury, admitted stealing meat from Co Op Banbury valued between £60 and £80 on September 3 and £60 of meat at the Co Op Banbury on September 5. He also admitted carrying out the offences while subject to two previously imposed suspended sentences. He was jailed for 14 days for the thefts to run concurrently with 12 weeks for each suspended sentence breach, totalling 24 weeks in prison. He must also pay compensation of £60.

JOHN WEBB, 33, of Newport Close, Kidlington, admitted two counts of assault by beating of two women on August 4 at Kidlington. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in the Resolve programme for 30 days and be subject to a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.
