PEOPLE dressed as ducks have appeared in Summertown to make a flap about a North Oxfordshire pub revamp.
The ‘Muddy Ducks’ are making a splash about the county while the Muddy Duck pub in Hethe, near Bicester, is closed for refurbishment.
Staff hope the stunt will conjure up excitement about the new-look pub which will also include a completely new kitchen and new menu.
The ‘ducks’ appeared in Banbury Road on Friday and they will surprise other residents before the pub opens on Friday, October 20.
