A LEADING economist will tonight give a talk on his new book, Fifty Things that Shaped the Modern Economy.
Tim Harford will be at Blackwell’s bookshop in Broad Street to discuss the latest eceonomic developments around the globe.
The £5 talk takes place from 7pm to 8pm.
Mr Harford, a visiting Fellow at Nuffield College, is a senior columnist at the Financial Times.
His previous books include Adapt, The Logic of Life, and the million-selling The Undercover Economist.
