BANBURY

CATHERINE NJOKI, 38, of Bulan Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order at Wheatley on July 25. She was made subject to a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £35.

FLORIAN ANCU, 47, of Heythrop Park, Chipping Norton, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal limit on December 29 at Chipping Norton above the legal alcohol limit with 124 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He also admitted driving without third party insurance. He was fined £600 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £500. He was also disqualified from driving for 30 months.

KHLOE BENNETT, 23, of bathing Place Court, Witney, was convicted of assaulting a woman on February 19 at Witney. She was made subject to a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 20 days and ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. She must also pay compensation to the victim of £200, and court costs of £250.

SABIL RAZA, 18, of Hilton Road, Banbury, admitted driving a Toyota Yaris dangerously on the A422 near to the M40 on April 19. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out unpaid work for 15 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

SCOTT ALEXANDER, 32, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing two bottles of wine valued at £10.70 from Tesco Express, High Street, Banbury, on July 27 as well as breaching a 12-month conditional discharge. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

ARTUR KUCHARCZYK, 36, of Crown and Thistle, Bridge Street, Abingdon admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit with 78 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath on April 28 at Shabbington, Buckinghamshire. He also admitted driving without third party insurance. He was fined a total of £475 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 20 months

AMY SEAMARK, 31, of Westminster Way, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on July 12 at Middleton Road, Banbury with 67 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £355 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

SCOTT ALEXANDER, 32, of Danesmoor, Banbury admitted causing criminal damage to an external door at a property at Bridge Street, Banbury on July 29. He also admitted stealing four bottles of wine to a value unknown from Marks and Spencers at Bridge Street, Banbury on July 29. He was in breach of a 12-month conditional discharge at the time. He was jailed for seven days for the damage, six weeks for the theft, and two weeks for the breach, all suspended for 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £10.

OXFORD

Michael Anthony McDonagh, 52, of Fiennes Road, Oxford, admitted with two others, assaulting a man by beating him in Samphire Road, Oxford on June 15 2017. Fined £160. Ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £85.

Nkiruka Iheme, 31, of Curtis Avenue, Abingdon, admitted between July 8 2013 and May 18 2015, dishonestly failing to promptly notify Vale of White Horse District Council in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which they knew would affect their entitlement to housing benefit, namely he was in employment. Community order made. Defendant must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

Chris Haines, 34, of Sawpit Road, Oxford, admitted taking a motor vehicle without the owners consent on January 22 2017 in Oxford. Also admitted using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance on the same date, as well as driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £500. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Owen Junior Maughan, 18, of Fiennes Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a Versace jacket, two Versace hooded tracksuit tops and two Versace hooded tracksuit bottoms, to the value of £865 belonging to Oaks in Oxford on October 31 2016. Also admitted stealing two Nuptse gillets, five Nuptse jackets and one storm cloud jacket to the value of £1,229 belonging to Millet's in Bicester on October 31 2016. Community order made. Defendant must carry out 90 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay compensation of £637.

Andres Pakalns, 29, of Oxford Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty at Reading Station on May 2 2017. Also admitted being guilty while drunk, of disorderly behaviour on the same date in the same location. Pakalns also admitted three counts of failing without reasonable cause to surrender to Reading Magistrates' Court and Reading Police Station on May 18 2017 and to Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 28 2017. Fined £330. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £100.

Joseph Bonassisa, 20, of Long Lane, Oxford, admitting failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on April 28 2017, in that he failed to attend unpaid work on two occasions. Order to continue. Fined £60. Ordered to pay costs of £60.

Adam Hopkin, 31, of Whitelands Way, Bicester, admitted using a handheld phone or device while driving a motor vehicle on a road on March 3 2017. Fined £200. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.
